New books on EAW and EU procedural law
− 1 min readProfessor Mar Jimeno Bulnes has published two new books, a monograph on the European Arrest Warrant, and an edited work on EU procedural law in civil and criminal matters.
Professor Mar Jimeno Bulnes, National Academic Researcher for Spain, recently published a new book titled “La orden europea de detención y entrega”. The book aims to explain the functioning of the European Arrest Warrant, taking into account its background and new issues that have arisen during its implementation, such as its application after Brexit and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Professor Jimeno Bulnes edited another book titled “El Derecho Procesal Civil y Penal desde la perspectiva de la Unión Europea”, which addresses the most important issues in European procedural law in the Area of Freedom Security and Justice.
