New article on EAW developments

The article proposes operational improvement of the European Arrest Warrant. The authors argue that judicial authorities when requesting the application of an instrument concerning judicial cooperation in criminal matters should pay more attention to aspects of proportionality, effective judicial protection, and coherence.
